ORDINANCE No. 39 of 1932. (COMPANIES).

WHEREAS by section 82 of the Companies Ordinance, 1932, it is provided that the Registrar of Companies shall, on payment of the prescribed fee, enter in the register certain particulars with respect to every charge created by any Company or existing on property acquired by any Company and requiring registration under Part III of the said Ordin- ance, and that the register shall be open to inspection by any person on payment of the prescribed fee not exceeding one dollar for each inspection.

AND WHEREAS by section 86 of the said Ordinance it is provided that the said Registrar shall, on payment of the prescribed fee, enter in the register of charges the fact of an order having been obtained for the appointment of a receiver or manager of the property of a Company or of the Appoint- ment of such receiver or manager under any powers contained in any instrument.

AND WHEREAS by section 91 of the said Ordinance it is provided that the said Registrar shall, on payment of the prescribed fee, enter in the register certain particulars with respect to charges created by any Company before the commencement of the said Ordinance and charges to which any property acquired by any Company before the commence- ment of the said Ordinance was subject.

AND WHEREAS by section 348 of the said Ordinance the expression "prescribed" as used in the said sections 82. 36 and 91 means prescribed by the Governor in Council.

NOW therefore the Governor in Council hereby pre- scribes as follows:--

1. The following fees shall be payable: For registering under Part III (with the exception of section 91) of the Companies Ordinance, 1932, any charge required to be registered thereunder whether created by a Company or existing on property acquired by the Company

For registering particulars of any charge under section

2. This Order may be cited as the Companies (Fees) Order (No. 1), 1933, and shall come into force on the 1st day of September, 1933.
