THE PENSIONS ORDINANCE, 1932.

The notification of pensionable offices pursuant to sec- tion 2 (b) (i) of the above mentioned Ordinance, published as Notification No. 781 in the Gazette of the 9th December, 1932, is further revised and amended as follows:-

(1) Under TREASURY-the following are added:-

Inspector of Tenements.

Motor Driver.

(2) Under PUBLIC WORKS DEPARTMENT-the

following is added:-

Hall Porter.

(3) Under POLICE :-

No. 510.-Government Notification No. 487 of 31st July, 1931, is cancelled and the following substituted therefor :-

It is hereby notified that on and after 28th July, 1933, charges will be made for official examinations by the Colonial Veterinary Surgeon, as follows:-

1. For examination of cattle, sheep, goats and swine for export (including certificate of result) :-

for the first 100

for any number in the same consignment

beyond the first 100

with a minimum fee of $5.00.

50 cents a head.

25 cents a head.

2. For examination of animals other than cattle, sheep, goats and

swine for export (including certificate of result)

$5.00 a head.

3. For examination of food products for export (including certificate of result):-

if covering consignments of not exceeding 500 lbs.

Note. The effect of this Notification is to include sheep, goats and swine with cattle. Hitherto they had not been specifically mentioned. The fees remain unaltered.
