And whereas His Majesty is satisfied that the Government of Peru has ratified the Loan Line Convention, that the Gov- ernments of Hungary and Roumania have acceded to the said Convention, and that the said Convention has been applied to Netherlands East Indies, Curaçao and Western Samoa :

Now, therefore, His Majesty, in pursuance of the powers vested in Him by the aforesaid Section, and of all other powers enabling Him in that behalf, by and with the advice of His Privy Council, is pleased to declare and doth hereby declare

that

(a) The Government of Peru has ratified the Load Line Convention,

(b) The Governments of Hungary and Roumania have acceded to the Load Line Convention,

(c) The Load Line Convention has been applied to Netherlands East Indies, Curaçao, and Western Samoa, in pursuance of the provisions of Article 21 thereof.
