No. 496.-His Excellency the Governor has been pleased to appoint Mr. ALEXANDER SOMERLED MACKICHAN, J.P., to be a Member of the Sanitary Board during the absence on leave of Mr. LEONARD CHARLES FENTON BELLAMY, J.P., or until further notice, with effect from the 13th July, 1933.

No. 497.—His Excellency the Governor has been pleased to re-appoint Mr. ABBAS EL ARCULLI to be a Member of the Board of Education for a further period of two years, with effect from the 8th July, 1933.

No. 498.-His Excellency the Governor has been pleased, under section 3 (3) of the Vaccination Ordinance, 1923, Ordinance No. 12 of 1923, to cancel the Authorisations set forth in Government Notifications Nos. 713 of 9th November, 1932, 813 of 30th December, 1932, 109 of 17th February, 1933 and 174 of 17th March, 1933.

No. 499.-It is hereby notified that the Convention between the United Kingdom and Poland regarding Legal Proceedings in Civil and Commercial matters which was signed at Warsaw on the 26th August, 1931, has been extended to this Colony as from the 3rd May, 1933.
A copy of the Convention may be seen on application at this Office.

No. 500.-It is hereby notified that it is the intention of His Excellency the Governor to make an order on the expiration of six months from the date hereof direct- ing the removal of all bodies and all remains of bodies from the Stanley Cemetery and from the Christian Chinese Cemetery, Stanley.
