The rainfall for the month of June at the Botanical Gardens was 21ins. 95 on 26 days, at the Matilda Hospital, Mount Kellett, it was 16ins. 36 on 20 days, at Fanling,. 16ins. 97 on 22 days, and at the Police Station, Taipo, 21ins. 39 on 29 days.
The lowest reading of the barometer (M.S.L.) was 29ins. 414 at 18h. 00m. on the 29th.. The maximum gust velocity as recorded by the Dines-Baxendell anemograph, was at the rate of 67 miles per hour at 19h. 15m. on the 29th.
