APPOINTMENTS, &c.

No. 476.-His Majesty the KING has been pleased to approve the provisional appointment of the Honourable Mr. CHARLES GORDON STEWART MACKIE to be temporarily an Unofficial Member of the Executive Council in the place of the Honourable Sir WILLIAM EDWARD LEONARD SHENTON, Kt., who is temporarily absent from the Colony, with effect from 8th April, 1933.

No. 477.-His Majesty the KING has been pleased to approve the provisional appointment of the Honourable Mr. PAUL LAUDER to be temporarily an Unofficial Member of the Legislative Council in the place of the Honourable Sir WILLIAM EDWARD Leonard SHENTON, Kt., who is temporarily absent from the Colony, with effect from 8th April, 1933.

No. 478.-His Excellency the Governor has been pleased to recognize, provi- sionally and pending instructions from the Secretary of State for the Colonies, Herr H. GIPPERICH as Consul for Germany in Hong Kong.

No. 479.-It is hereby notified that Senor TRINIDAD EUGENIO LACAYO, Honorary Nicaraguan Consul at Hong Kong resumed charge of the Nicaraguan Consulate, on 10th July, 1933.

No. 480.-His Excellency the Governor has been pleased to recognize, provi- sionally and pending instructions from the Secretary of State for the Colonies, Senor TRINIDAD EUGENIO LACAYO as Honorary Consul for Mexico and the Republic of San Salvador in Hong Kong.
