The Crown Lands Resumption Ordinances, 1900 and 1930.

No.454.–It is hereby notified, under section 6 of the Crown Lands Resumption Ordinance, 1930, that the Board of Arbitrators appointed to determine the amount of compensation to be paid in respect of the resumption of Lots Nos. 946 (portion),980, 981, 984, 1063 Section C (portion), 1149 Section A, 1158 R.P., 1162 R.P. (portion), 1163 portion,2960,2961,2963, 2967,2968, 2972, 2973 R.P. and 2974 all in Survey District IV, is constituted as follows:

Mr. PHILIP JACKS, Justice of the Peace, Chairman.

Mr. PERCIVAL DOUGLAS WILSON, M. Inst. C.E., nominated by His Excellency the

Governor.

Mr. ALFRED JAMES LANE, Architect and Surveyor, nominated by the Chairman

on behalf of the owners.

It is hereby further notified that the Chairman hereby appoints Wednesday, the 5th day of July, 1933, at 2.15 o'clock in the afternoon, at the Board Room of the Sanitary Department, Post Office Building, Hong Kong, as the time and place for the Board to commence its sittings.

Any person claiming compensation, whether as owner or otherwise, by reason of such resumption must at least two days before the commencement of the sittings of the Board, transmit to the Colonial Secretary, for transmission to the Board, a written claim stating the nature of his right or interest in the land and the amount which he seeks to

recover.
