ORDINANCE No. 1 of 1883. (DISTRESS FOR RENT).

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 43 of the Distress for Rent Ordinance, 1883, as enacted by the Distress for Rent Amendment Ordinance, 1929, (Ordinance No. 17 of 1929) the Governor in Council hereby further amends the schedule to the said Ordinance by substituting, in the paragraph below the table or scale of fees, the words "$1.00 per day" for the words "60 cents per day;" the said amend- ment to take effect on the 1st day of July, 1933.
