ORDINANCE No. 1 of 1903. (PUBLIC HEALTH AND BUILDINGS).

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 72 of the Public Health and Buildings Ordinance, 1903, and it appearing to be convenient that the markets established since the commencement of the said Ordinance should be set out in this notification, the Governor in Council hereby declares the markets mentioned in Part I of the List hereunder to be markets established under the provisions of the said Ordinance, and the markets mentioned in Part II of the said List to be closed.
