ORDINANCE No. 27 of 1932.

(FACTORIES AND WORKSHOPS).

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 4 of the Factories and Workshops Ordinance, 1932, the Governor in Council hereby amends the Schedule to the said Ordinance, and the First and Second Appendices to such Schedule, as follows:-

(1) In regulation 3 (1) of the Regulations headed "B.— Factory and Workshop Regulations" the words "or workshop" are inserted after the word "factory" in the second line.

(2) In regulation 11 of the same Regulations the words "or workshop" are inserted, in two places, after the word "factory" in the second line and in the third line.

(3) In the First Appendix the subheading "The Factories and Workshops Ordinance, 1932", is substituted for the sub- heading "Factories Ordinance, 1932”.

(4) In the Second Appendix the subheading "The Factor- ies and Workshops Ordinance, 1932." is substituted for the subheading "Factory and Workshop Ordinance, 1932."

(5) In the Second Appendix the figures "16" are sub- stituted for the figures "15".

NOTE. All the amendments are matters of revision rather than altera- tion. Amendment (5) makes the age of children accord with the definition of "child" in section 2 of the Ordinance.
