ORDINANCE No. 28 of 1917. (FERRIES).
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 5 of the Ferries Ordinance, 1917, the Governor in Council further amends the Ferries Regulations set forth in Government Notification No. 695 of 1930, amended as appears in Govern- ment Notification No. 472 published in the Gazette of the 22nd July, 1932, by the insertion, next after regulation 15, of the following regulation:-
15A. The provisions of Table E in the Schedule to the Merchant Shipping Ordinance, 1899, as subsequently amended, applicable to a ferry vessel of 60 tons, shall be deemed to apply to and be in force in respect of all ferry vessels of greater tonnage which ply within the waters of the Colony and not elsewhere.

Regulation made by the Governor in Council under section 3 of the Post Office Ordinance, 1926, Ordinance No. 7 of 1926, on the 30th day of March, 1933.
The regulations made by the Governor in Council under the Post Office Ordinance 1926, and set forth in Government Notification No. 118 in the Gazette of the 26th February, 1932, are hereby amended as follows:-
By the substitution in Regulation 28 of 20 cents and 40 cents for 16 cents and 25 cents as the selling prices of Imperial and International Reply Coupons.
This amendment shall take effect as from the 1st day of April, 1933.
