No. 148.-With reference to Government Notification No. 231 of 15th April, 1932, His Excellency the Governor has been pleased to appoint the Honourable Mr. CHARLES GORDON STEWART MACKIE to be a Member of the Harbour Advisory Committee, vice Mr. MARCUS THEodore Johnson, resigned, with effect from 1st March, 1933.

No. 149.-His Excellency the Governor has been pleased to appoint Mr. ALAN EUSTACE WOOD to be Chief Assistant to the Secretary for Chinese Affairs, with effect from the 4th of March, 1933.

No. 150.-His Excellency the Governor has been pleased to appoint Mr. QUENTIN ALLISON ASHBY MACFADYEN to be an Assistant to the Secretary for Chinese Affairs, with effect from the 24th of February, 1933.

No. 151.-His Excellency the Governor has been pleased to appoint Commander JOSEPH BERNARD NEWILL, D.S.O., R.N., (Retired), to act as Harbour Master and Director of Air Services and Mr. THOMAS WILLIAM HAROLD HOSEGOOD to act as Deputy Harbour Master during the absence on leave of the Hon. Commander GEORGE FRANCIS HOLE, R.N., (Retired), with effect from 11th March, 1933.

No. 152. His Excellency the Governor has been pleased to appoint Mr. FRANK ARTHUR HOPKINS to act as Superintendent of Prisons during the absence on leave of Mr. JOHN WILLIAM FRANKS, with effect from the 11th March, 1933.
