COLONIAL SECRETARY'S Department.

No. 137. It is hereby notified that the French Government has acceded to the Anglo-French Civil Procedure Convention of the 2nd February, 1922, on behalf of the following French Colonies and Territories under French Mandate as from the 1st January, 1933:-

Colonies :-

Indo China.

French West Africa.

French Equatorial Africa.

Madagascar and Dependencies.

French Somaliland.

Réunion.

Martinique.

Guadeloupe.

Islands of St. Pierre and Miquelon.

New Caledonia.

Territories under Mandate :-

Togoland. Cameroons.

This ratification makes the Convention effective between these territories and Hong Kong.

The authorities to whom judicial and extrajudicial acts and Commissions Roga- toires should be addressed are the Procureur or Procureur Général, or Chef de la Justice, in each case.

A copy of the Convention may be seen on application at this Office.

No. 138. It is hereby notified that at the expiration of three months from the date hereof the TAI TAK LAND Investment Company, Limited will, unless cause is shewn to the contrary, be struck off the register and the company will be dissolved.
