APPOINTMENTS, &c.
No. 94. His Excellency the Governor has been pleased, with the approval of the Secretary of State for the Colonies, to appoint Mr. RICHARD MCNEIL HENDERSON to be Director of Public Works, with effect from the 2nd December, 1932.

No. 95.-His Excellency the Governor has been pleased to appoint, under the provisions of section 10 of the Medical Registration Ordinance, 1884, Ordinance No. 1 of 1884, Dr. LI SHU FAN to be a Member of the Medical Board, for a term of three years, with effect from the 11th February, 1933.

No. 96.-His Excellency the Governor has, under instructions from the Secretary of State for the Colonies, been pleased to recognise Mr. WALWORTH BARBOUR, provisionally and pending the issue of His Majesty's Exequatur, as Vice-Consul for the United States of America in Hong Kong.

No. 97.—With reference to Government Notification No. 123, published in the Gazette of the 27th February, 1931, His Excellency the Governor has received informa- tion from the Secretary of State for the Colonies that Mr. ROBERT EMMET FARRELL has been appointed Honorary Vice-Consul for Spain in Hong Kong.

Order made by His Excellency the Governor under section 2 of the Public Revenue Protection Ordinance, 1927, Ordinance No. 9 of 1927, at ten o'clock in the forenoon on the 16th day of February, 1933.
Whereas I, Sir WILLIAM PEEL, Knight Commander of the Most Distinguished Order of Saint Micheal and Saint George, Knight Commander of the Most Excellent Order of the British Empire, Governor and Commander-in-Chief of the Colony of Hong Kong and its Dependencies and Vice-Admiral of the same, have approved of the introduction into the Legislative Council of the Resolution hereto annexed and signed by me:
