Regulation made by the Governor in Council under section 3 of the Tobacco Ordinance, 1931, Ordinance No. 39 of 1931, on the 16th day of February, 1933.

The following proviso is inserted between paragraph (c) and paragraph (d) of regulation No. 1 of the Drawbacks regulations in the First Schedule to the Tobacco Ordinance, 1931, (Ordinance No. 39 of 1931):-

"Provided that such cigars, cigarettes or tobacco are not manufactured from tobacco of "Empire Origin" as defined in any Resolution for the time being in force relating to tobacco duties."
