RULE XXV.
All persons responsible for a grave shall undertake to pay any fine that may be imposed by the Board under Rule XII. (f).
RULE XXVI.
When the remains in a grave have been exhumed and reburied, in urn, in the same grave that grave shall be deemed to be an urning ground. The person responsible for the same may with the permission of the Secretary bring urns containing the remains of his relatives from other Cemeteries in the Colony to be buried in the said grave provided that no more than 8 urns shall be buried in the same grave.
RULE XXVII.
No person entitled to a grave shall be permitted to assign of transfer his right of burial in a grave to another person, for valuable consideration or otherwise except by transmission at law to his personal representatives. A fee of $2 shall be charged for the registration of Probate or Letters of Administration.
RULE XXVIII.
A grave after exhumation, if it is not used as an urning ground by the person responsible therefor and remains vacant for a period of 3 years after exhuma- tion shall revert to the Board and may be reallotted by the Board as it shall think fit.
RULE XXIX.
In the event of any difference or dissension arising amongst the Members of the Board in respect of any matter connected with the proper administra- tion of the Trust Fund such matter shall be referred to His Excellency the Governor whose decision shall be final and binding on all parties.
These rules shall come into force on the first day of February, 1933.
