No. 41. It is hereby notified that Dr. WILLIAM BROWNLOW ASHE MOORE resumed duty as Deputy Director of Medical and Sanitary Services on 12th January, 1933.

No. 42. His Excellency the Governor has been pleased to appoint the Reverend ARTHUR DUDLEY STEWART to be a Member of the Board of Education for a further period of two years, with effect from the 9th April, 1932.

No. 43. His Excellency the Governor has, under instructions from the Secretary of State for the Colonies, been pleased to recognise Herr HEINRICH LUDWIG OCKERMÜLLER, provisionally and pending the issue of His Majesty's Exequatur, as Honorary Austrian Consul-General at Shanghai for Hong Kong.

No. 44. - His Excellency the Governor has been pleased to make the following transfer in the Hong Kong Volunteer Defence Corps :-
Captain REGINALD ROBERT DAVIES, Portuguese Company, to be transferred to the Reserve of Officers, Hong Kong Volunteer Defence Corps, with effect from 10th January, 1933.

effect from 10th January, 1933.
