No. 6. His Excellency the Governor has been pleased to accept the resignation by Captain CYRIL CHAMPKIN, of his Commission in the Anti-Aircraft Light Automatic Company of the Hong Kong Volunteer Defence Corps, with effect from 29th December, 1932.

No. 7.-His Excellency the Governor has been pleased, under the provisions of Statute 4 of the Second Schedule of the University Ordinance, 1911, Ordinance No. 10 of 1911, to nominate Mr. THOMAS HENRY ROBERT SHAW as a member of the Court of the University of Ilong Kong for a further period of three years, with effect from 23rd November, 1932.

His Excellency the Governor has been pleased, under the provisions of Statute 4 of the Second Schedule of the University Ordinance, 1911, Ordinance No. 10 of 1911, to nominate the following as Members of the Court of the University of Hong Kong for a further period of three years, with effect from 17th December, 1932:-

No. 9.-His Excellency the Governor has been pleased, under the provisions of Statute 4 of the Second Schedule of the University Ordinance, 1911, Ordinance No. 10 of 1911, to nominate the Right Reverend RONALD OWEN HALL, B.A., Bishop of Victoria, as a member of the Court of the University of Hong Kong representing grant in aid schools for a period of three years, with effect from 31st December, 1932.

No. 10-His Excellency the Governor has been pleased to appoint, under the provisions of Section 3, Sub-section (1) of the Factories and Workshops Ordinance, 1932, Ordinance No. 27 of 1932, WILLIAM ELLIOTT to be an Assistant Inspector of Labour, Factories and Workshops, with effect from 1st January, 1933.
