NOTICE hereby that a

of Board of Directors of Green Island Cement Company, Limited, held at Exchange Building, Victoria, in the Colony of Hong Kong, on Wednesday, the 17th day of August, 1932 a Call of 2.75 per share was made upon all the members holding shares, whose names appear in the Company's register of share- holders on the 17th day of August, 1952, upon which only $100 per share has been paid, and it was determined that such Call should be paid on the 31st day of December, 1932, to the Company's Bankers, The Hong Kog & Shang- hai Banking Corporation, at their lead Office, Queen's Road Central, Victoria, aforesaid.

Upon presentation at the Office of the Com- pany of Bankers' Receipt for the payment of such Call, together with the Certificate of Shares, a note of the payment will be endorsed on the Certificate.
