the International Opium Convention of 1925 applies, has approved

subject to the following conditions (d)

and is satisfied that the consignment proposed to be imported is

required for legitimate purposes (a)

or solely for medicinal or scientific purposes (b)

'd) State any special conditions to be observed, e.g., not to Le imported through the post.

(a) In the case of coca leaves.

(4) In the case of the drugs which Chapter III of the Convention applies.
