ORDER UNDER SECTION 56 (1).

Whereas it appears to the court that the bankrupt is [or, here state what the bankrupt is], and as such is in the enjoyment of the monthly pay [or pension allowance or compensation] of dollars; and whereas upon the application of G.H. the trustee of the property of the bankrupt, it appears to the court just and reasonable that the monthly sum of

dollars, portion of the said pay [or pension allowance or compensation] ought to be paid to the said trustee during the bankruptcy, in order that the same may be applied in 'payment of the debts of the bankrupt, and that such payment ought to be made out of the first moneys which shall be due after the
