No. 656-lis Excellency the Officer Administering the Government has been pleased to appoint, under section 9 (3) of the Liquors Ordinance, 1931, Ordinance No. 36 of 1931, the Honourable Mr. EDWIN RICHARD HALLIFAX, C.M.G., C.B.E., J.P., Colonial Secretary, to be Chairman of the Licensing Board for a further period of three years, with effect from 29th October, 1932.
