It is hereby notified that Ilis Excellency the Governor in Council has given directions for the rescission of the Order of the 2nd February, 1932, as Government Notification No. 73 declaring Saigon to be a place at which an infectious or contagious disease, namely, small-pox, prevailed, and the same is hereby rescinded.
