No. 15. Notice is hereby given that the term of office of the Honourable Sir HENRY EDWARD POLLOCK, Kt., R.C., representative of His Majesty's Justices of the Peace upon the Legislative Council, expires on the 16th day of January, 1932.

In the event of more than one nomination being received for the vacant office, a meeting of the Justices other thrun Government Officials will be held at the Supreme Court on Saturday, the 16th day of January, 1932, from 12 noon to 1

for the pur- p.m. pose of electing a representative of the Justices upon the Legislative Council.

Justices of the Peace, who are Government Officials, are not entitled to take part in these proceedings.

Every candidate must be nominated in writing by one Justice and seconded by another, and the nomination delivered to the undersigned not later than Thursday, the 14th day of January, 1932.
