OTICE is hereby given that British-American Tobacco Company, Limited,

Manufacturers, have, on the 25th day of September, 1931, applied for the registration in Hong Kong, in the Register of Trade Marks of the following Trade Mark :-

in the name of The Wing Fung Hong, who

claim to be the proprietors thereof.

Such Trade Mark has not hitherto been used but it is the intention of The Wing Fung Hong so to use it forthwith in respect of Batteries and Flashlight Torches in Class 8.
