(7) to alter or rescind any of the forms contained F the Schedules and substitute others therefor;

(8) for granting exemption from payment of duty on dutiable goods of from any of the provi- sions of this Ordinance;

(9) to regulate the substances to be used and the quantities thereof for denaturing spirits; and the manufacture possession and sale thereof. (10) or the supervision of the breaking down, blending, mixing, and bottling of dutiable liquors; and

(11) generally for the purpose of carrying into

90. In this Part,

(a) any sale by the proprietor of an hotel to a

person residing at the hotel;

(b) any sale by the proprietor of an hotel of liquor to be consumed in the dining room of the hotel at one of the regular meals of the hotel or of liquor to be consumed in conjune- tion with any other bond fide meal for which a charge of at least thirty cents can he reasonably made; and

(c) any sale in accordance with the conditions of his licence by the holder of a restaurant adjunct licence.

92.
