(IN VOLUNTARY LIQUIDATION).

Tan Extraordinary General Meeting of the A

Members of the said Company duly con- vened and held at the Registered Office, 6 Soo- chow Road, Shanghai, on the 15th day of September, 1931, the following Resolution was duly passed in manner required for passing an Extraordinary Resolution and at a subsequent Extraordinary General Meeting of the Members of the Company also duly convened and held at the same place on the 30th day of September, 1931, the said Resolution was duly confirmed as a Special Resolution:--

"That the Company be Wound-up Voluntarily and that Mr. Arthur Lorimer Dickson, of 6 Soochow Road, Shanghai, Solicitor, be appointed Liquidator for the pur- pose of such Winding-up."
