AT an extraordinary general meeting of the

above-named company, duly convened, and held at the Company's Registered Office, No. 141, Des Voeux Road Central, Victoria in the Colony of Hong Kong on the 11th day of May, 1931, the following resolution was duly passed as an Extraordinary Resolution, viz:--
That the Company cannot by reason of its liabilities continue its business; that it is advisable to wind-up the same and that Mr. Chau Shiu Ngok of No. 141, Des Voeux Road Central, Victoria, Hong Kong, be appointed as Liquidator."
