OTICE is hereby given that Messrs.

No Pentreath and Company, of Alexandra

Buildings, Victoria, in the Colony of Hong Kong, Merchant, have, on the 1st day of April, 1931, applied for the registration, in Hong Kong, in the Register of Trade Marks, of the following Trade Mark :--

TIGER'S HEAD

in the name of Messrs. Pentreath and Company, who claim to be the sole proprietors thereof.

The above Mark is intended to be used by the Applicants in respect of Cereals, Hops, Malt, Dried Fruits, Toa, Sugar, Rolled Oats, Oats and Barley in Class No. 42.
