OTICE is hereby given that the Sixth Ordinary Yearly Meeting of the Hong Kong Telephone Company, Limited will be held on Wednesday, the 11th day of March, 1931, at the Board Room of the Company, Second Floor, Exchange Building, Hong Kong, at 11.30 a.m., for the purpose of receiving a Statement of Accounts and the Report of the

Board of Directors, for the Financial Year ended 31st December, 1930, and re-electing Two Directors and the Auditors.

The Transfer Books of the Company will be closed from the 4th to the 11th March, 1931, both days inclusive.
