Application for Registration of a Trade Mark.
NOTICE is hereby given that Messrs. A.
S. WATSON & CO. LIMITED of Alex- andra Building, Des Voeux Road Central, Victoria, Hongkong, Chemists and Druggists, have, on the 23rd day of the September, 1910, applied for the registration in Hongkong in the Register of Trade Marks of the following Trade Mark :-
A Rectangular Label with the word PYERIS and a representation of a Pagoda, Unicorn and Dragon sur rounded by descriptive words and also a Band with the word PYERIS and the representation of the Pagoda, Unicorn and Dragon on an Oval- shaped Label in the centre thereof (for use on the neck of the bottle) in the name of A. S. WATSON & CO. LIMITED who claim to be the sole proprietors thereof.
The Trade Mark has been used by the Applicants in respect of the following goods in the following Class :-
Mineral Waters, in Class 44.
A facsimile of the said Trade Mark can be scen at the Office of the Registrar of Trade Marks of Hongkong and of the Undersigned.
