REMOVAL OF LIGHT-SHIP AND BUOYS FOR THE WINTER.
NOTICE is hereby given that the Light-ship Taku, and the Buoys marking the Bar and Entrance of the Peiho, will be removed for the Winter on or about the 1st of December, when the usual winter marks-Black Spars-will be laid down in their places.

COLONIAL SECRETARY'S DEPARTMENT.
No. S. 274.-In accordance with Section 168 of the Public Health and Buildings Ordinances 1903-1909, it is hereby notified that the Government proposes to erect three public latrines one on Crown Land west of A Kung Ngam, one on Crown Land in rear of House No. 122 Ma Shan Ha and one on Crown Land north-west of Tsat Tsz Mui.
If any owner or occupier of property in the immediate vicinity of any of such sites objects to such erection, such objection must be sent in writing to the Colonial Secretary so as to reach his Office not later than the Saturday, the 17th December, 1910.
Such objection must state the reasons and specify the property with regard to the ownership or ocenpation of which such objection is made and the interest therein of the objector.
