2. The figures of two Chinese ladies standing under a tree one of whom holds a fan on which is written some Chinese characters. Below this is a Chinese musical instrument on which
are the Chinese words 陳聯馨 奪錦茄楠香 meaning “The
Chan Lun Hing's Best Lignum Alces Joss Sticks". Above this are the same Chinese words meaning "Chun Lun Hing". There are also repre- sentations of two tower pots, a frog, a shell, a Chinese shrib in a vase, and two coins held by a Dove.
3. The figures of a Chinese Minister of the first degree au 1 a girl surrounded by an ornamental border above which are the same Chinese words meaning "Chun Lun Hing ". Below this is a row of four large Chinese characters
海國名香 meaning “Joss
Sticks well known in the World ".
1. The representation of the said Firm's Factory at Macao with the same Chines: characters meaning "Chun I un Hing". At the bottom is a group of Chinese figures and round the mark is a border containing Chinese figures. At the top is their signboard in English Chun Lun Hing Dealer in Best Quality Joss Stick Macao China ".
The Trade Marks are intended to be used by the Applicants in respect of Joss Sticks, in Class 50.
