Application for Begistration of Trade Marks.

OTICE is hereby given that Messieurs

W. R. LOXLEY AND COMPANY of Vic- toria in the Colony of Hongkong, Merchants, have on the 5th day of Angust. 1910, applied for the registration in Hongkong, in the Register of Trade Marks, of the following Trade Varks :-

(1) The representation of a Five pointed

Star.

(2) The representation of Two Gold Fish

surrounded by seaweed,

in the name of W, R Í OXLEY AND COMPANY who elm to be the sole proprietors thereof.

Trade Mark No. 1 is intended to be used by the Applicants forthwith in respect of the following goods :---

Cloths and Stuffs of wool, worsted or hair, in Class 34; Woollen and Worsted and tait goods not included in Classes 33 a old, in Class 35. Trade Mark No. 2 is intended to be used by the plicants forthwith in rospect of the full wing goods :-

Articles of Cething, in Class 38. Facsimiles of such Trade Marks can be scen at the Office of the Registrar of Trade Marks of Hongkong and also at the Office of the

undersigned.

OTICE is hereby given that the CHINESE

BROTHERS TOBACCO COMPANY of No 199 Wanchai Road, Victoria in the Colony of Hongkong, Merchants, hive on the 19th day of September, 1910. applied for the registra tion in Hongkong in the Register of Trade Marks of the following Trade Mark :-

The representation of a harbour entrance. shewing a headland with a light- house, factories and shipping, over which is an airship; across the up per portion of the picture is the word AIRSHIP", and across the lower portion are the words "The Chinese Brothers Tobacco Co.”,

in the name of the CHINESE BROTHERS To- BACCO COMPANY who claim to be the sole proprietors thereof,

The said Trade Mark is intended to be used by the Applicants forthwith in respect of the following goods :---

Cigarettes, in Class 45.

A facsimile of the Trade Mark can be seen at the Office of the Registrar of Trade Marks, Hongkong, and also at the Office of the under- signed.
