BROTHERS TOBACCO COMPANY of No. 199 Wanchai Road, Victoria in the Colony of Hongkong, Merchants, have on the 19th day of September, 1910, applied for the registra- tion in Hongkong in the Register of Trade Marks of the following Trade Mark ;-
The representation of a harbour entrance, shewing a headland with a light- house, factories and shipping, over which is an airship; across the up- per portion of the picture is the word * AIRSHIP", and across the lower portion are the words The Chinese Brothers Tobacco Co.”,

in the name of the CHINESE BROTHERS TO- BACCO COMPANY who claim to be the sole proprietors thereof.
The said Trade Mark is intended to be used by the Applicants forthwith in respect of the following goods :-
Cigarettes, in Class 45.

Company registered under the Laws of Hong- kong) of No. 18 Bank Buildings, Hongkong, and No. 22 Musuem Road, Shanghai, China, Tobacco Manufacturers, have on the 19th day of August, 1910, applied for the registration in Hongkong in the Register of Trade Marks of the following Trade Mark :-
The Trade Mark consists of a large paucl in which are represented Japanese trees in bloom.
The name of the brand is shown in Korean and Japanese characters and
Chinese thus 李花
On the left side of the large panel a circular panel
is shown in which the Company's name is printed in Chinese thus
