NOTICE is hereby given that YEUNG NOTICE is hereby given that the EL NOTICE is hereby given that THE ORIENT

TSUNG CHUK LAM, carrying on busi- ness at No. 149 Queen's Road Central, Victoria, Hongkong and elsewhere as Manufacturers of Medicinal Oil, have, on the 30th day of July, 1910, applied for the registration in Hongkong in the Register of Trade Marks of the follow ing Trade Mark:-

The representation of the Sun and its rays-above the said representation

are written in a semi-circle the fol- lowing Chinese characters

竹林百草藥油日影為記

reading Yeung Tsung Chuk am rak Yeuk Yau Yat Ying Wai Kec mean- ing YEUNG TSUNG CHUK LAM'S Lundred herbs medicinal oil with the Sun and its rays as mark" and below the said representation are printed, stamped, painted, impressed, banded, stenciled, written, drawn, cut, or embossed the words "Young Chong Juck Liam's oiì ",

in the name of YEUNG TSUNG CHUK LAM who claim to be the proprietors thereof.

The Trade Mark is intended to be used by the Applicants forthwith in respect of the following goods :-

Medicinal Oil, in Class 3.

A facsimile of the said Trade Mark can be seen at the Office of the Registrar of Trade Marks Hongkong and also at the Office of the undersigned.
