NOTICE is hereby given that Messis. J. KITCHES & SONS LIMITED of No. 10 Queen Street, Melbourne, Victoria, Australia, Candle and

Soap Manufacturers, have on the 4th day of August, 1910, applied for the registration in Hongkong in the Register of Trade Marks of the following Trade Mark :---

in the name of J. KITCHEN & SONS LIMITED of No. 10 Queen Street, Melbourne, Victoria, Australia, who claim to be the sole proprietors thereof.

The Trade Mark has been used by the Applicants in respect of Soap in Class 47 since before 1878.
