SPECIAL CONDITIONS.
1. Only buildings of a substantial character to be erected, no matsheds or timber structures will be permitted.
2. No domestic building to be erected.
3. All structures erected to be cleared away before the termination of the Lease and the ground to be left in a condition to the satisfaction of the Director of Public Works.
4. The sum of $1,000 to be deposited with the Colonial Treasurer as security for the fulfilment of the foregoing conditions.
