The Lots are sold for the term of Seventy-five years from the 1st day of July, 1898, with the right of renewal for a further term of 24 years less 3 days at a re-assessed Crown Rent Lot No. 1196 as a grave site and Lots Nos. 1105, 1106 and 3358 as threshing floor Lots subject to the General Conditions of Sale published in Government Notification No. 365 of 1906. Lots Nos. 1105, 1106 and 3358 are further subject to special condition No. 1 published in Government Notification No. 697 of 1909.
