has, by virtue of Section 58 of the Frobates Ordinance, 1897. (No. 2 of 1897), made an order limiting the time for sending in claims to or against the above estate to the 18th day of September, 1910.

The Trade Mark consists of a large panel showing a square wooden bucket on the left side, immediately above which is shown a Convolvulus flower in full blossom. At the foot of the bucket, a bud and two leaves of the same flower are depicted, and to the right of the bucket, nearly in the centre of this large pauel is seen one Convolvulus in full blossom and one bud with three leaves growing from the vine which runs to the top of the panel. At the foot of the large panel, à narrow band is shown, in a circle, the circles being joined together by a scroll work of peculiar design.
