Accounts, and Documents of the Company and of the Liquidator thereof shall be disposed of.

in the name of The DUNLOP PNEUMATIC TYRE COMPANY LIMITED who claim to be the sole proprietors thereof.

The Trade Mark has been registered by the Applicants in Great Britain in respect of Tyres made of India Rubber or in which India Rubber predominates, in Class 40.
