for the winding up of the above named Company by the Supreme Court of Hongkong was on the 8th day of August, 1910, pre- sented to the said Court by IP SAC CHI of Nos. 2 and 4 Kow Ya Fong Victoria in the Colony of Hongkong Trader and by the IU WO FAT Firm of No. 93 Des Vieux Road West Victoria aforesaid Merchants Creditors respectively of the said Company And that the said Petition is directed to be heard before the said Court sitting at the Supreme Court House Victoria aforesaid on the 23rd day of August, 1910, at 10,30 of the clock in the forenoon and any Creditor or Contributory of the said Company desirous to support or oppose the making of

an order on the said Petition may appear at the time of hearing by himself or his Counsel for that purpose; and a copy of the Petition will be furnished to any Creditor or Contri- butory of the said Company requiring the same by the undersigned on payment of the regulated charge for the same.
