Creditors applying for payment must pro- duce any bills of exchange or other securities held by them and must sign a receipt in the prescribed form.

OTICE is hereby given that Messies WILLIAM MEYERINK AND COMPANY of Victoria in the Colony of Hongkong, Mer- chants, have on the 29th day of June, 1910, applied for the registration in Hongkong, in the Register of Trade Marks, of the following Trade Marks :-
(1) The representation of Five Chinese ladies seated or standing round a table and Five others leaning over a railing at the top of a flight of stops all watering two other Chinese ladies in a canoe upon a lotus pond one padling the canoe and the other gathering lotus flowers. Overlead are the branches of a Fir Tree round which a crane is flying. In the back- ground are fields and trees and the whole is surrounded by a faney bor- der;
(2.) The representation of a Swan; in the name of WILLIAM MEYERINK, HANS TIEFENBACHER, MAX TIEFENBACHER and GUSTAV ENGEL, who claim to be the sole proprietors thereof.
