AND NOTICE is also hereby given that ffls Honour Sir FRANCIS PIGGOTT, Knight, Chief Justice, has appointed the 12th day of August, 1910, at 10,30 aan. at his Chambers to settle the list of contributories of the above-named Company made out and left at the Registry of this Court by the Offeial Liquidator of the said Company and the under-mentioned are included in such list in the character and for the number of shares stated below, and if no sufficient cause is shown to the contrary at the time and place aforesaid the list will be settled by His Honour the said Chief Justice includ- ing the names hereunder written therein.
