first and final dividend of $1.14 per cent. has been declared in the above
matter.
OTICE is hereby given that the above

at the Official Receiver's Office, Victoria aforesaid, on Wednesday, the 8th day of June, 1910, between the hours of 10 a.m and 4 p.m. and on any subsequent day during office hours.
Creditors applying for payment must pro- duce any bills of exchange or other securities held by them and must sign a receipt in the prescribed form.

Application for Begistration of Trade Marks.
OTICE is hereby given that the LUN CHEONG TAI SHING KEE Firm of No. 104 Bonham Strand Victoria in the Colony of Hongkong Tea Merchants have on the 22nd day of April and the 27th day of May 1910 applied for the registration in Hongkong in the Register of Trade Marks of the following Trade Marks :-
1. The representation of a Rising Sun and the figures of an Animal and a Man on either sid·. On the left of the picture are the words in Chinese Fairies and Flying Phoenixes as mark" and on the right "Lun Cheong Tai Tea Establishment
2. The respresentation of an old man carrying on his back an old Cash and a horse-hair whip and two young boys seated on the ground each carrying a scroll. The whole encios- ed in a fancy border.
3. The representation of a boy carrying a scroll with the words in Chinese *Celebrated Tea" written thereon and riding on a unicorn. The whole is enclosed in a fancy border and on the left hand bottom corner are the words in Chinese "Hongkong Sheung Wan Yau Chan Proprietors respect- fully notifies",
in the name of the L.UN CHEONG TAI SHING KEE Firm who claim to be the proprietors thereof.
The Trade Marks are intended to be used by the Applicants in respect of Tea, in Class 42.
Facsimiles of the Trade Marks can be seen at the Office of the Registrar of Trade Marks of longkong and also at the Office of the undersigned.
