No. S. 57. It is hereby notified that a meeting of the Licensing Board will be held in the Colonial Secretary's Office at 4 p.m., on Tuesday, the 12th day of April, 1910, for the purpose of considering the following application under the Liquor Licences Or- dinances, 1898-1909, viz. :-
From one RICHARD FRANCIS DALY for a Publican's Licence to sell by retail intoxicating liquors on premises Nos. 29 and 31 Des Voeux Road Central, under the sign of "The Owl Grill Rooms ".
Applicant is at present the holder of an Adjunct Licence on the same premises.

MEDICAL DEPARTMENT.
No. S. 58.-It is hereby notified that tenders will be received at the Colonial Secre- tary's Office until Noon of Saturday, the 16th day of April, 1910, for the repair of the Government Steam-launch Sybil.
Specifications can be obtained at the Government Marine Surveyor's Office.
Repairs to be executed to the satisfaction of the Government Marine Surveyor.
Contractor to supply a suitable launch for the use of the Health Officer of the Port during the repairs and to be responsible for the safety of the launch Sybil, in case of fire or hurricane.
The Government does not bind itself to accept the lowest or any tender.
