named Company by the Supreme Court at Victoria in the Colony of Hongkong was on the 17th day of February 1910 presented to the said Court by LI FUK KI of No. 96, Jervois Street Victoria aforesaid, a member of the said Company. And that the said Petition is directed to be heard before the said Court on Saturday the 5th day of March 1910 at 11 o'clock in the forenoon; and any Creditor or Contribatory of the said Company desirous to oppose the making of an Order for winding up of the said Company under the above Ordinance, should appear at the time of hearing by himself or his Counsel for the purpose; and a copy of the Petition will be furnished to any Creditor or Contributory
of the said Company requiring the same by
the undersigned on payment of the regulated charge for the same.
