LIMITED carrying on PAGET carrying on the business of Architects business at Alexandra Building, Des Voeux and Civil Engineers at Canton in the Empire Road Central, Victoria, Hongkong, and clse- of China under the style or firm of PURNELL where have on the 14th day of December& PAGET will on the 31st (thirty-first) day of 1909 applied for the registration in Hongkong in the Register of Trade Marks of the follow- ing Trade Mark -
The representation of a lake whereon are depicted four swans hunting in couples below which is represented within a fancy frame the registered Trade Mark of A. S. WATSON & Co. LIMITED, viz., the representation of a Pagoda having on its right the figure of a unicorn in a standing posture and on its left the figure of a dragon also in a standing posture the whole being encircled by a border repre- senting sprays of roses and forget- me-nots leaves and other flowers,
in the name of A. S. WATSON & CO. LIMITED who claim to be the sole proprietors thereof.
The Trade Mark is intended to be used by the Applicants forthwith in respect of the following goods ---
Perfumery, in Class 48.
A facsimile of the Trade Mark can be seen at the Office of the Colonial Secretary of Hongkong and also at the Office of the under- signed.
