HARBOUR MASTER'S DEPARTMENT.

No. S. 4.-It is hereby notified that information has been received from the Military Authorities that Gun Practice (Movable Armament) will be carried out as under :-

On the 17th, 18th, 19th, 20th, 21st and 22nd January, 1910: ---

From Boa Vista, in a direction of from South-East to South-West, commenc-

ing at 10 a.m. daily.

If the weather is unfavourable on any of the above dates, practice will take place on the following day.

All ships, junks and other vessels are to keep clear of the range.

LAND REGISTRY OFFICE.

No. S. 5.-It is hereby notified that the following Sales of Crown Land by Public Auction will be held at the District Land Office, Tai Po, at 10 a.m., on Saturday, the 22nd day of January, 1910.

The Lots are sold for the term of Seventy-five years from the 1st day of July, 1898, with the right of renewal for a further term of 24 years less 3 days at a re-assessed Crown Kent, Lot No. 4343 as a Building Lot and Lot No. 1901 as a Grave Lot, subject to the General Conditions of Sale published in Government Notification No. 365 of 1906.

The amount to be spent in rateable improvements on Lot No 4343 under the General Condition No. 5 is $100.
