NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that any per» son or persons claiming any right tite or interest of and in the above mentioned Remaining Portion of Marine Lot No. 173 (being No. 1 Bonham Strand West and No. 165 Wing Lok Street Victoria aforesaid) is or are required to enter an appearance in this action at the Registry of the Supreme Court Victoria aforesaid not later than the 20th day of January 1910; otherwise the Court will declare the above named Plaintiff to be the sole and lawful owner of the said property subject to the existing Mortgages (if any).
